Initial analysis
Upon receiving an alert from a whistleblower, the team acknowledges receipt and immediately begins processing it.

Alert's Admissibility
The alert is forwarded to the competent referent within the company. The team engages in discussions during this phase to assess the alert's admissibility

The mediator, a commissioner of justice, conducts transparent discussions with the parties involved to rebuild trust and help devise a solution.
